Swiss army knife
π§ Strategy
Many companies drift. They react and do what is βright.β They make decisions because βthatβs just how things are done in the market.β Meanwhile, others are playing chess.
We live in a world where everything is changing faster than ever before: AI, (geo)politics, inflation, social media, and the whims of big players. Over the past five years, this shift has become relentless.
In particular, companies without strong positioning and inherent defenses fall over easily.
These are therefore precisely the areas where I love to contribute as a strategist.
Together, we first set an ambitious dot on the horizon and then develop a strategic and flexible roadmap to get there.
We touch on everything β from story and identity to positioning and mafia offerings, from market and business model to moat and defense mechanism β and go from randomly drifting on the water to finding the strong current.
My personal ambition:
β Creating symphony β where the full picture just makes sense and the company as a machine just works.
β Building an unfair advantage β where, in essence, it doesn’t matter what the competition does.
β Building momentum β where energy is put into action and we grow projects cumulatively.

I am an entrepreneur myself β and what often bothers me is advisors who charge 100+ euros an hour, but hardly ask any questions, project their own story onto your situation, don’t really listen, put everything through the same model, and generalize as if every company is the same. They do not think critically, lack nuance, and do not really dig deeper.
That’s not how I work.
I want to fully understand your world; context, market, ambitions, constraints… everything.
Only then does advice make sense.
No one-size-fits-all. No “that’s the way it’s supposed to be.”
I’m here to help. Whether you need one sharp hour or just an intensive day, we tailer it to what you need.
And if your time is limited, I’ll take just a little more off your hands.

π» Software Development
I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it’s like as a non-technical founder to have to trust an outside party with your product.
It’s a flexible path to bring a concept to life, but you can’t really inspect the work and there’s a chance the price/quality won’t be right. Neither do you want a surprise at a later stage with high costs and delays due to too much tech debt.
I have been both; non-technical founder and technical founder, but have since grown into a full-stack developer and product thinker. I oversee the entire process: from strategy to UX and design, and from frontend to backend, database, infrastructure, security, and privacy. It is the combination of having an overview and an eye for detail that makes the difference.
We tackle the project together. I include your heart in the development. I keep you in the loop. We decide the important things together and make the strategic choices.

Letβs hop on a call, kick some ideas around, and see what clicks.
PS: I strongly believe that every software company should own its core technology in-house. Throughout the project, I’m happy to help you build towards that in a healthy and sustainable way.

π¨ Product Design
Product design starts with strategy. It is a symphony between your brand, users (with their own goals, expectations, and behaviors), the business model, and underlying strategic choices.
My approach always starts at the core; your vision, approach, business components, and core interaction.
From there we look at possible amplifications with network effects, engagement loops, and viral hooks.
We design UI and UX from that solid foundation. My focus here is on clear user flows, what feels logical, and works intuitively. Not just strategically, but aesthetically as well. Every UI element deserves its logical place. Interfaces should feel like coming home, not solving a puzzle. That’s good UX.
My personal ambition:
β Creating symphony β where the full picture just makes sense and the product feels like home.
β Achieve inherent growth β where we integrate sticky and viral engagement loops into the design.
Bonus: I have in-depth experience with gamification. Not a must, but if it fits, we’ll pick this up.
Bonus 2: where necessary, I’ll add the final touches right in the frontend.

I believe in thoughtful product design that aligns flawlessly with the bigger picture of your business. Not separate screens, but a design that unites purpose, brand, user behavior, and scalability.
Together, we translate your vision into a design that is right on all levels, technically feasible, aesthetically pleasing, and works for all stakeholders.
Whether it’s about sharpening what’s already there, or creating something completely new, I think along, also in terms of cost.

π€ Temporary Right Hand
Sometimes you just need someone who simply helps.
A generalist.
As a business owner, you can get caughtin chaos or just have too little time to do everything yourself.
That’s when it helps to have someone by your side. Someone who thinks along, helps hands-on, and temporarily pulls the cart with you.
As a jack-of-all-trades with broad experience, I can be flexibly deployed in startups, scale-ups, and SMEs. I step in as a temporary right hand within your company. We catch up on delays, create structure, and build momentum. From strategy to execution, from process to product.
Shoulder to shoulder.
We improve things together. And then I will make myself redundant.
Services
πͺ Temporary Right Hand (hourly)
Supporting entrepreneurs stuck in chaos and short on time.
β¨ Applying AI (tailored)
Implementation of simple AI or automated AI agents to boost productivity.
Always custom tailored
I work beside you. We define my role together.
Whether you need a few weeks of intensive support, or a temporary right hand for several months: I adapt to what the situation requires; where the biggest leverage lies.
And once things work as they should, I step aside again.
PS: Of course this does require some of your time to create alignment, but that investment more than pays for itself.

– Cal Newport (Deep Work)

“Productivity can be increased by performing the work activities at a higher rate, or by increasing the leverage of the activities.”
– Andrew S. Grove (Intel & High Output Management)
